In an exclusive interview with Bam Boom Cloud founders, Vicky and Brett Critchley, IT Europa explored their latest venture aimed at transforming how small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) approach technology adoption. The discussion, led by IT Europa’s editorial team, delved into the concept behind their newly launched AI-focused Technology Gym, a unique initiative designed to help SMBs harness the power of artificial intelligence without the complexity or high costs often associated with enterprise-level solutions.
The founders explained that the Technology Gym is not a physical space but a structured programme offering hands-on guidance, practical tools, and tailored support for SMBs looking to integrate AI into their operations. The idea is to create an environment where businesses can “train” their tech capabilities, much like individuals would in a fitness gym, but with AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer engagement.
According to the interview, the Technology Gym will provide curated resources, workshops, and one-to-one sessions, ensuring that SMBs can experiment and learn in a safe, supportive setting. The founders emphasised that their mission is to demystify AI and make it accessible, enabling smaller businesses to compete effectively in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. They believe this approach will empower SMBs to innovate without fear, bridging the gap between ambition and execution.
