We may restrict access if misuse occurs.
Service Information
Information on our website is provided for general guidance only. While we aim for accuracy, service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change.
Formal service scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in written proposals, statements of work, or service agreements — not website pages.
Quotes and Fixed-Price Solutions
Where we offer fixed-price solutions:
- Scope is defined in writing
- Changes outside scope may require revised pricing
- Client cooperation and timely input are required
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information

- Follow security best practices
We are not responsible for issues caused by unsupported systems, third-party failures, or incorrect client configuration outside our scope.
Payments
Where services are paid:
- Payment terms are stated on invoices or contracts
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Fees are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed
Taxes are charged where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, materials, and documentation created by Truly SMB remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their business data and systems.
Third-Party Services
Our services often involve third-party platforms, including Microsoft products and cloud services.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- Vendor policy changes
- Platform limitations
- Licensing rule changes
Those are governed by the third party’s own terms.
AI and Automation Services
Where we provide AI, automation, or Copilot-related services:
- Outputs may vary
- Human review is recommended
- Clients remain responsible for decisions made using AI outputs
We provide enablement and configuration, not guaranteed business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
Truly SMB is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Lost profits or revenue
- Data loss outside our managed scope
- Business interruption
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.
Service Availability
Support and managed services are delivered according to agreed service levels defined in client agreements — not implied by website content.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are overdue
- Misuse or abusive behavior occurs
Clients may terminate services according to their contract terms.
Governing Law
Contracts will specify governing law depending on the client’s region (UK, US, or Canada). Website use defaults to the jurisdiction where the contracting Truly SMB entity is registered.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised date.
